If you own Greek Cypriot land in the Northern part of Cyprus that you can no longer access or utilize, by applying through the Immovable Property Commission: you can seek restitution to reclaim your land, seek compensation for loss of use and subsequently sell the property, or retain and make use of your land.

The Immovable Property Commission (IPC), established in 2005 in response to a ruling by the European Court of Human Rights, provides a formal mechanism for property claims. It is the only legally acknowledged body through which Greek Cypriot landowners can apply for restitution, exchange, or compensation for their properties in North Cyprus.

IPC compensation process

As of May 2025, Greek Cypriots  have been awarded 538 million 5 thousand 407 pounds for the land they lost in northern part of Cyprus.

Our team specialize exclusively in handling cases with the Immovable Property Commission. We work in close coordination with the IPC, our offices are located next to the IPC’s premises.

We are currently supporting over 1,500 Greek Cypriots in pursuing compensation claims, with a number of them having already recieved their compensation money.
