Nuzi qualified from Istanbul Technical University specialising in Cartography. His Land Surveying company employs 12 people. He is a Certified North Cyprus Surveyor and the owner of Nuzi Land Survey Bureau.

Nuzi Land Survey Bureau undertakes all aspects of legal and technical work related to land and property in North Cyprus. This includes confirming the location of pre 1974 Greek Cypriot land, dealing with boundary disputes, using GPS location to precisely determination the location and size of land, parcellation of large pieces of land, title deeds registration with the land registry, property registration on the title deeds (this is important when you come to sell your property) and solving any aspect of title deed problems. A large part of their work also includes valuation and property consultancy.
