One very common request from purchasers looking to buy a North Cyprus property is for a property with uninterruptable views. If you are moving to a country that is surrounded by blue sea and offers such amazing scenery then why not?  Broadly speaking properties in North Cyprus with views can be divided into three types, those that are zero to sea, those that are on elevated land the geography of which is such that the view cannot be interrupted (Kyrenia area) and apartments in Famagusta where the higher storey apartments offer sea views.

Property that is zero to sea, is in high demand and comes with a raised price tag. What should be remembered is that there is a scarcity of such properties and in the future because of this, properties that are zero to sea will prove to be an excellent long term North Cyprus property investment.

As the coastline along the north side of North Cyprus has the magnificent Beshparmark mountain range as a backdrop there are many properties which are in an elevated position and offer commanding views. Some things to remember about properties on elevated land which to some people can be an advantage and others a hindrance is the roads that lead to the properties are interesting and often winding. If the villa is built into the mountain side then it will often be on split levels and set on a number of different floors usually with a terraced garden and the swimming pool at a lower level.

There are now a number of high rise apartment blocks in the Iskele (Famagusta) area that offer outstanding sea views.
